Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How do I get support for MII?

Answer: For the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and it’s DoD/Federal Government partners (i.e. they have a current support agreement with USACE), support is provided under the existing USACE support contract. Any support questions for USACE and it’s DoD/Federal Government partners should be directed to TRACESSupport@usace.army.mil.

Other DOD/Government Agencies (those without support agreements with USACE – usually individuals or groups of less than 10 people), can purchase support through the MII Support Contractor on a pay per call basis. If you are interested in purchasing support, please email help@miisupport.com. However, the recommended process for Other DOD/Government Agencies is to attend a MII training session (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) first. If the training class is purchased directly through the MII Support Contractor they will get a year of user support after the class is completed.

A-E firms may obtain minimal support through the agency or USACE Division/District with which they have a contract. They shall contact the agency or USACE Division/District Cost Engineering Office through their contract POC. Additional/Advanced user support can be purchased on a pay per call basis.
